What Does an Event Hostess Do?

Hostess Requirements

18+, preferably university student or graduate
Clear Turkish; foreign language is a plus
Professional appearance and dress-code compliance
Standing for long periods in crowded venues
Basic computer skills for registration systems
Flexible hours including weekends

Pay depends on event scale, languages and duration:

Hourly rate

180 – 400 TRY / hour

Daily rate

1,400 – 3,200 TRY / day
