EkipGo was founded to solve operational staff management challenges for Human Resources (HR) and staffing firms. After years in staff supply and field operations, we kept seeing the same issues: messages lost in WhatsApp groups, timesheets that could not be tracked in Excel, and staff who did not show up at the last minute.
We decided to solve these problems with technology. At EkipGo, we bring HR and staffing firms, employers hiring staff, and field workers together on one platform and use AI-powered matching to connect the right person with the right job. GPS timesheets, digital document management, and instant communication tools minimize operational overhead.
